The staff were exceptional, greeting me warmly due to my previous visits. Breakfast stood out with tasty dosas and fresh selections. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel surroundings, which made my stay more pleasant. The easy check-in and check-out process was a welcome efficiency.

Room space felt cramped for three people. The so-called premier room offered little wiggle room, forcing us to remove the sofa for an extra bed. Cleanliness in the bathroom wasn’t up to par, with visible urine stains on the toilet seat. Essentials like drinking water and tea bags were inadequate for our needs. The reception staff appeared unhelpful and arrogant, which didn’t help our mood. Despite these issues, the hotel served a good breakfast, including freshly made dosas. The lack of intercom service for a full day was frustrating, but we enjoyed the breakfast spread offered. Overall, the experience could use a solid lift in maintenance and staff training.

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities like hot showers and AC. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. It's small but did the job. Not much stood out apart from that, really. Everything felt pretty standard, nothing special.
